There must be an easier way, but this works for me. There are lots of unstated assumptions, like how my network is set up. On the source box export the playlist you want to import in the destination. You're going to need to edit the file, so choose something you can edit (don't choose Unicode if you don't have a Unicode-enabled editor.) The the paths in that file will all be file://localhost/Users/username/blah. Mount the source on the destination box. Edit the export file and change "file://localhost/Users" to "file:///Volumes". Choose import on the destination and select the file you edited on the source, which is accessible through the mount. Wait. Listen. Enjoy.
