How hard is it to send an email? I'm not sure how long ago I signed up—an hour or so I guess—and I haven't received that confirmation email. Normally I'd just shrug and not worry about it, but there's one word in the last sentence that bugs me, "you". They're going to do their best to be me back on track. Well, I'm sorry, but it really seems that it's not me that's off track.
